Rust-Oleum Advanced Wet or Dry Roof Repair is a heavily fibered, asphalt-based roof cement for direct application on wet or dry roofing surfaces. Flexible roof sealer contains penetrating oils and plasticizing agents to help restore flashing and other roof defects with long lasting durability. For use on: residential shingled, modified bitumen and built-up roofing systems.
