Contains proprietary Black Beauty tall fescue, and TEXAS bluegrass, a native bluegrass that withstands temperatures of up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Needs far less maintenace that other varieties, particuarly Kentucky bluegrass mixtures. Can be grown in the southern most parts of the transition zone areas. Mixed with Black Beauty Tall Fescues for the ultimate heat and drought tolerance
